Anchor EEC celebrated its 2nd anniversary on May 2nd, but we couldn't celebrate due to closures. Since then I have opened back up with many precautions, and I moved to downtown Apex. I am so excited about this move. There are coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and retail stores approximately one block from my office, so parents can grab a coffee or shop.
